The courses are thought as a link between our public speeches/workshops and transformation initiatives in an organization. The courses should help you to explain in detail, on-site, and with a clear focus on all-day work life, how the job of transformation is being done.


A set of courses.

Some people want to learn more about the model, after they have read a book or heard a public speech.
For these people, we offer a set of courses called the BetaCodex Master Courses.

  • Course No. 1 is about the 12 laws of the codex, about why transformation means applying the full set of 12, and why a company cannot just choose the ones it likes best.
  • Course No. 2 is about the special characteristics and the differences of a BetaCodex Transformation initiative, compared to a traditional change project.
  • Course No. 3 is about the changes in the organizational structure, and especially about how to create a devolved cell structure for any specific organization.


This awaits you in any of the three Master Courses:

  • 3 days of serious fun. You can expect a smart, profound, emotional and mind-boggling quest,
    set over a period of 3 to 5 months
  • Let’s get intimate. Max. group size is 6 participants.
  • Meetings are hosted by participants

The group meetings:

  • Achieve mastery in the BetaCodex mindset
    as a participant in highly interactive group meetings, during three full days, with up to 5 other top managers, presidents or business owners.
  • In a high-trust setting, participants grapple with the 12 principles of the BetaCodex and with how they can use its laws to improve their businesses. They share hard-earned expertise and newly minted ideas, in order to reach better solutions for their organizations.
  • Each meeting is professionally facilitated by an expert in BetaCodex thinking and application, who guides both the content and the flow to ensure that every member receives the maximum return on the time they invest.
  • The group meetings entail candid give-and-take, where trusted peers ask each other tough, in-depth questions that get to the heart of any business problem. As part of these meetings, members receive direct and honest feedback, and derive actionable ideas that they want and are expected to implement. From the experts, members also learn strategies and fresh perspectives that they can immediately apply to their businesses.
