In this section, you can learn about the trusted colleagues and friends around the world with whom Niels works on advisory projects, on leadership and change workshops, writing publications and organizing public events.

 
 
 

Niels is proud to rely upon a network of trusted "cool friends" that spans countries, languages, cultures and backgrounds.

Early in his consulting career, Niels learned that serious work on client engagements would always require to work "in pairs": that to develop deep client relationships it was necessary to ground the work in a "tandem" of experienced professionals that would form a robust base to transformation.
