You understand that a new level of thinking is need - one that might mean changing the whole system, not only bits and bites of it.

This seminar offers you profound and wide-ranging insights into the shortcomings of traditional management thinking and approaches, and into powerful was to structure, organize and lead an organization in a way that is fit for the 21st century. You will draw upon research from organizations around the world, and you will also learn about practical methodologies to make systemic changes towards a more decentralized, less hierarchical and bureaucratic organizational model.

Description: You, your team and organization have experienced failed change initiatives and projects, or are experiencing general change fatigue within the organization. You recognize that there is a need for change, but are aware that a different, and more powerful approach to organizational change is needed.

We will discuss your own problems and cases, and connect the theory with your practice. You will leave the seminar with a clear idea about how to approach, and think change, differently.
